Summary:
Douglas Parking LLC is hiring for an Administrative Assistant position managed though Stanford Health Care (SHC), Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford (LPCH), University HealthCare Alliance (UHA), Stanford Blood Center, LLC (SBC), Packard Children's Health Alliance (PCHA), Valley Care - Stanford Health Care and Stanford University Medical Network Risk Authority, LLC (TRA).
The Administrative Assistant I position supports the Transportation Services Director and Site Support Services Executive Director.
This position performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

As the Administrative Assistant I handle all administrative functions for the department.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the director, managers or supervisors of the department of FS&P leadership.
Actively participates in departmental meetings to achieve desired hospital and department mission, values, and goals.
Prepares agendas and holds detailed meetings.
Prepares written responses to routine enquiries.
Resolves administrative problems and inquiries.
Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Provides project coordination support Knowledge, Skills and Abilities These are the observable and measurable attributes and skills required to perform successfully the essential functions of the job and are generally demonstrated through qualifying experience, education, or licensure/certification.
