A detail-oriented professional with strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills is preferred.
Applicants must be able to prioritize and adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.
Proven experience with the full range of front and back office duties is desirable.
Job responsibilities include room stocking and set up, checking in and rooming patients, answering the phone and scheduling appointments, setting up and assisting with procedures, pharmacy refills/prior authorizations, aesthetic product sales, and other duties as assigned.
Covid-19 screening and precautions/cleaning procedures are obviously now paramount.
Experience working in medical offices is a plus.
