As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact and the last point of contact for our property.
Our Front Desk Agent's duties include offering utmost of personalized customer service across the property, to include valet parking of guest cars.
You will welcome guests and greet people.
You will ensure an accurate and efficient check in and check out process for our hotel guest.
You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you should have a pleasant out going personality, as this is also a customer service role.
You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
This role may require working different shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
Ultimately, a Front Desk Agent's duties and responsibilities are to ensure you are providing personalized customer service, engaged with each guest and willing to go above and beyond for each guest.
