Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stage Hand to join our theater production team.
As a Stage Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of performances.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with set construction, operating lighting and sound equipment, and providing support during rehearsals and performances.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for theater, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist with set construction and assembly, including building and painting scenery - Operate lighting and sound equipment during performances - Set up and strike props, furniture, and other stage elements - Assist with costume changes and backstage coordination - Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth transitions between scenes - Perform routine maintenance on stage equipment and props - Maintain a clean and organized backstage area
Experience:
