About the RoleAs a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Character's research and product flywheel by leading data sourcing, operations and development.
You will partner with internal and external teams across research, product and domain-specializations to develop and drive operational excellence in our flywheel.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, high-throughput and diverse domain specific data and will own the integrity and process in your domain.
You will also contribute to and influence how we use data to shape model behaviors and product-development.
You will become fluent in one or multiple domains and lead strategic and innovative product development, market research and user engagement to expand the depth and breadth of Character.

Specialization TracksCoding:
In the Coding track, you will use your deep understanding of software development and computer science to push the programming abilities, technical robustness and alignment of our models.
Science:
In the Science track, you will help guide the development of data collection, annotation, and generation strategies in scientific disciplines.
You will craft training guidelines to enhance our model's ability to process and interpret data in a manner that mirrors scientific reasoning and discovery across multiple scientific disciplines.
Your work will bridge the gap between complex scientific concepts and practical AI applications.
Humanities:
In the Humanities track, you will lead the effort to infuse human culture, history, ethics, and philosophy into our AI models.
Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will enrich our models with a perspective that honors the breadth and depth of human knowledge and experience.
Multimodal:
In the Multimodal track, you will help advance our multimodal future.
You will partner closely with our Multimodal, Product teams and Data Partners to integrate modalities and drive our multimodal research and product initiatives.
Your work will help make our models more versatile and integrated into daily life.
Trust & Safety:
In the T&S track, you will help keep Character a safe and fun platform.
You will partner closely with our T&S, research engineering, moderation and product teams as well as internal and external data annotation to align projects with organizational goals and develop innovative solutions to enhance dataset quality and platform security.
Your work will improve the safety and alignment of our products.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, manage, and execute plans to develop new model behavior through data collection, annotation, and generationDive into the data to identify user insights and performance in target capabilitiesDevelop metrics and collaborate to develop evaluations to track the performance of data on new capabilitiesContribute to the development of our tooling, process and ontology and ensure it is closely aligned with our research roadmapCollaborate with product and engineering to shape new model capabilities into the productMinimum RequirementsBS degree in a quantitative field; MS/PhD preferredDetail-oriented with executive maturity and the ability to influence, communicate and lead initiatives at all levels of the organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
