Technical Program Manager, ASIC

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager with ASIC/FPGA design and development experience.
This Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead cross-functional and multi-site teams on delivering ASICs and FPGAs to enable Meta's Infrastructure Engineering organization, whose responsibilities include the growth, management and 24x7 upkeep of Meta s family of apps.
Technical Program Manager, ASIC ResponsibilitiesManage cross-functional infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of functional areas in Silicon Engineering, Platform Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations and vendorsDrive and manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, from concept to productionDeliver ASIC solutions and high quality system productsEngage in product management in collaboration with Engineering owners to define product roadmapsProvide hands-on program management during all phases of silicon and firmware development from concept, design, development, fabrication, validation, qualification and production release phasesDrive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functionsWork with the software, hardware, architecture teams to understand the requirements and constraintsMinimum QualificationsBS degree in Computer Science, Computer / Electrical Engineering or other technical field5
years of experience in ASIC development2
years of experience in Program/Product management or Technical/Engineering management with proven leadership in delivering successful productsDemonstrated experience to manage from technical details to big pictureExperience in managing ASIC design flow (architecture, micro-architecture, RTL, Synthesis, functional verification, physical layout etc)Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation, FPGA and post-silicon validationProven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional teamProven organizational, cross-functional leadership and communication skills along with multi-tasking experience to get things done in a fast paced environmentLocationsWarning noticeYour browser doesn't support mapbox-gl library.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
