Global Sales Analytics Lead
We are seeking a technically sophisticated and detailed oriented individual who will serve as a member of Meta's Global Sales Analytics team.
This position will have a day-to-day focus on providing analytical and strategic guidance for Meta's Ads business with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven decisions.
Global Sales Analytics Lead ResponsibilitiesTake advantage of massive amounts of structured data to derive insights that will drive business decisionsEffectively communicate insights and recommendations to business leads and influence strategic decision-makingDevelop deep understanding of the Meta ads business, analyzing business and product trends (including regional, channel and vertical performance), recognizing opportunities, and presenting recommendations to the sales and product leadership teamsWork effectively with cross-functional teams globally, driving results in the form of data insights and building strategic partnershipsDesign and execute experiments (e.

, A/B testing, multi-armed bandit)Conceptualise, build, manage and maintain centralized tools (including dashboards) that the business and Analytics teams can use to extract data / insights for daily business management in an automated manneMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

years of work experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like finance, data science, strategy, business operations, etc.
or industries like consulting, banking, etc.

years of advanced SQL experience working with large datasets (create, maintain, and improve data sets, pipelines and reporting)Experience with data querying languages (e.

SQL), scripting languages (e.

Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.

Experience utilizing both qualitative analysis (e.
g.
content analysis, hypothesis testing) and quantitative analysis techniques (e.

cluster analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics)Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance.
Experience presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and leadershipPreferred QualificationsGraduate degree in in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience doing statistical analysis (e.

regression, probability) using tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata, etc.
