Corporate Assistant
The candidate will be working directly with attorneys. Will be assisting with corporation formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, stock ledgers, option plan administration and other corporate matters. Will also be responsible for maintaining client database and firm records, organizing and coordinating meetings, maintaining the group calendar, proof reading client documents and other firm administration matters. Should have a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. Must have a demonstrated interest in startups, strong communication and organizational skills, and great attention to detail.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
