Our client, A world leader in Private Equity Banking, is trying to create a world class marketing organization that leverages today's platforms, technologies, and creative thinking to drive revenue growth for the company and value for the customers. The Position:
They are now seeking a full-time employee who is an experienced, innovative B2B financial services marketer to develop marketing plans and coordinate and deliver the marketing mix in support of their Private Equity relationship banking teams and salespeople. Their Private Equity clients and prospects include private equity and venture capital firms, fund of funds and secondary firms, corporate venture arms, and seed/angel investors.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in B2B financial services marketing, with a strong background in field marketing and a successful track record driving tactical implementation of the entire marketing mix (excluding events, which are handled by a corresponding Events Marketing Manager). We are looking for a mature professional who works effectively and collaboratively with a cross-functional team at all levels of the business - influencing his/her audience and forming trusted relationships with key partners. The candidate must be results-oriented, client-focused, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This person has a strong work ethic, excellent business judgment, and the ability to work with minimal guidance, while also ensuring their manager is updated and consulted as appropriate.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
-Based on Marketing's integrated marketing plan, develop and project manage delivery of integrated marketing programs to clients and prospect in our target market of Private Equity firms, including venture capital firms.
-Manage programs with an outside communications agency to deliver on time and on budget, with high quality, including authoring creative briefs
-Ensure execution supports the company's brand messaging to each target audience
-Coordinate with the Events Marketing Manager for New England and New York to ensure alignment and synergies between the events piece of the marketing mix and the other pieces
-Update existing collateral to ensure ongoing availability of current content to the field.
-Establish clear success metrics for each program and campaign, and track results against them

-On an ad hoc basis, respond to fast-track field requests for collateral by collaborating with our internal Marketing Services team to fulfill the field's needs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
