ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Our client is a globally ranked top law firm working with the top tech firms on their most difficult legal cases. Due to growth and expansion, the corporate department is seeking to add on additional talent to support 25
attorneys in their largest office (never a dull moment!). This ideal candidate is a strong communicator, has worked with emerging tech companies/clients, and experienced with startups and private companies.

Qualifications:
- Previous Top 100 AM law firm experience is a plus.
- Experience with corporate entities, with a focus on start ups and emerging companies
- Responsibilites include: forming corporations, maintaining minute books, capitalization tables, drafting ESSPs, reseraching state statutes, corporate filings, closing materials, etc.
- Capitalization management software experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer-service oriented
- ABA approved paralegal certifictation and Bachelors degree.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
