We provide a Part Time Spa Receptionist position. The individual that will be taken for this role will take responsibility for monitoring SPA facilities, as well as ensuring friendly and positive guest relations. Besides, the chosen person will also observe all activities within the assigned areas, providing instruction and offering assistance to visitors / guests. The other duties may involve maintaining timely maintenance and proper operations of SPA facilities.
Requirements
The most essential requirements for the Part Time Spa Receptionist role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent training certification.
- Awareness of basic computer Math calculations.
- From 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a luxury hotel.
- Ability to provide legible directions and communication.
- Ability and strong desire to work nights, days, holidays and week-ends when required.
- Fluency in non-verbal and verbal English.
- Ability to collaboratively work with the other representatives of the hotel personnel.
- Solid attention to speed, details and accuracy.
- Ability to thoroughly follow given directions.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and follow up.
- Ability to remain calm while resolving problems.
- Keep the guest information and hotel data 100% confidential.
- Ability to cope with the everyday tasks with 0% supervision.
