As an Enjoy People Success Manager, you'll help execute our people strategy, driving cultural, retention, and reward strategies. You'll also:
Partner with people managers to execute growth and development programs, including onboarding, career development, succession planning, and beyond.
Execute our strategic workforce planning, including diversity operations.
Partner with cross-functional team to drive effective and efficient operational processes, policies, and programs for global scalability.
Mentor and develop fellow people success team members to help support our growing business.
Prioritize and advocate additional tool enhancements in order to eliminate manual processes/work and drive efficiencies.
