About the role.
You'll build Enjoy's core product, its team of amazing Experts. You'll design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to significantly scale our HQ team, while maintaining the integrity of the culture. This is a contract role, 3-6 months. You'll also:
Source, engage and recruit talent into the organization.
Design and support the candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with clients to execute a scalable field recruiting strategy.
Continue to build a diverse talent community.
Qualifications.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Proven capability at hiring high quality talent, at high volume and in a fast-paced start up environment
Significant experience in direct sourcing and attracting passive candidates in a highly competitive environment
6-8
years of full cycle recruiting experience, in an agency or in house
