About the role
As an Enjoy UI/UX Designer, you'll Advocate for the user - inform and inspire decisions and design solutions based on a strong understanding of user needs. You'll also:
Define the user experience of new products and features and create interaction and visual design solutions that address business, brand, engineering, and user requirements.
Champion the value of the design discipline with product managers and engineering.
Test the user experience of new products and features with users and use findings to inspire future decisions and design solutions.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to launch new products and features to our customers.
Be able to explain your process and be ready to talk through the decisions that you're making.

You communicate authentically and genuinely with vision and purpose, inspiring others to get on board. You don't just report facts and figures, but tell engaging stories that reveal the why behind each number.
You are constantly on the hunt for learning opportunities, and never feel as though you've learned everything there is to know about something.
You ask relevant questions when they arise, even in difficult or uncomfortable situations.
You are self motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
You don't hide from problems or let them persist.
Qualifications
5 years of experience designing outstanding digital products. College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Strong understanding of interaction design patterns related to web and mobile design.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
A portfolio featuring examples of visual and interaction design work with a focus on process.
Ability and willingness to push and/or adhere to design constraints.
