00pm; with rotation to all shifts as needed and every other weekend. The TRP serves male and female:
Veterans, Active Duty, Reservists and their families. The purpose of treatment is to educate patients about the nature and impact of PTSD, to stabilize the course of chronicity, to reduce and manage symptoms, to mobilize personal and community resources, to promote stabilization, and to provide a continuum of care, which assists with reintegration into the community. The TRP Nurse plays an integral part in an intensive therapeutic milieu/program offering psycho education groups, cognitive therapy, family therapy, relapse prevention, communication skills, and stress management therapy that focuses on trauma and coping skills as well as medical conditions, pain and symptoms relief. The TRP assesses complex medical and surgical problems as a part of treatment. Group approaches are emphasized. A major goal of the program is to foster the development of mutual trust among members and the peer group. The major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Works in partnership with the Health Care Providers in the delivery of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. Performs initial and ongoing nursing assessments. Demonstrates the ability to de-escalate potentially volatile behavior in patients. Assumes charge nurse responsibilities. Knowledgeable of Residential Rehabilitation Environment of Care Standards. BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
United States Citizenship. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency, and accredited by the National League of Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC) which changed to the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) at the time the program was completed; OR the completion of coursework equivalent to a nursing degree in a MSN Bridge Program that qualifies for professional nursing registration constitutes the completion of an approved course of study of professional nursing. Students should submit the certificate of professional nursing to sit for the NCLEX to the VA along with a copy of the MSN transcript. (Reference VA Handbook 5005/27, Appendix G6). OR In cases of graduates of foreign schools of professional nursing, possession of current, full, active and unrestricted registration will meet the requirement of graduation from an approved school of professional nursing. Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration (i.e., licensure) as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the U.S. or the District of Columbia. In addition to the basic requirements, the following criteria must be met in determining the grade assignment of candidates, and if appropriate, the level within a grade:
Nurse I Level I - An Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing, with no additional nursing practice/experience required. Nurse I Level II - An ADN or Diploma in Nursing and approximately 1 year of nursing practice/experience; OR an ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a bachelor's degree in a related field with no additional nursing practice/experience; OR a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) with no additional nursing practice/experience. Nurse I Level III - An ADN or Diploma in Nursing and approximately 2-3 years of nursing practice/experience; OR an ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 1-2 years of nursing practice/experience; OR a BSN with approximately 1-2 years of nursing practice/experience; OR a Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or related field with a BSN and no additional nursing practice/experience. Nurse II - A BSN with approximately 2-3 years of nursing practice/experience; OR ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 2-3 year's of nursing practice/experience; OR a Master's degree in nursing or related field with a BSN and approximately 1-2 year's of nursing practice/experience; OR a Doctoral degree in nursing or meets basic requirements for appointment and has doctoral degree in a related field with no additional nursing practice/experience required. Nurse III - Master's degree in nursing or related field with BSN and approximately 2-3 year's of nursing practice/experience; OR a Doctoral degree in nursing or related field and approximately 2-3 year's of nursing practice/experience. One (1) year of full-time experience as a licensed professional Registered Nurse. Current BLS provider card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or Military Training Network (MTN). RN experience leading psycho education groups. RN experience managing complex medical issues and medical emergencies. RN experience working in Mental Health or a Residential Rehabilitation setting caring for patients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
